With this system you can send the merchant an email invite where the merchant can sign in to the merchant portal and then go to thier email and click on the link. They will be registered as one of your resellers.
The only type of gift card available for this feature is physical gift cards.
If the reseller doesn't want to setup their own loyalty program on our platform they can setup an account using our referral system signup. That will give them access to our merchant portal. Once they have signed up the reseller will be able to then go to the email and click on the link.
Once the reseller has subscribed as a reseller in your account you will be able to create gift cards that are preloaded with an amount that can be sent directly to the resellers establishiment.
There is only one thing that a gift card reseller can do with your gift cards. They can activate them and only the reseller can activate them. Once the gift card is activated the resellers customer can now use the gift card in your establishments.
Generally a set of unactivated gift cards are given to the reseller. To locate the gift card to activated you would use the qr-code reader, magstripe reader reader in the search field. When you submit the card number with the submit button the system autmatically activates it.
The deal between you and your reseller is completely between the two of you. We don't handle your payments when its a deal that big in general. The reseller sells your gift cards and ultimately ultimately compensations are usually negotiated between you and the reseller.
No, Virtual gift cards can be purchased in the app and as a result its not necessary for third party resellers to sell them.
Yes, the merchant portal can track and generate reports based on cashiers and store locations.
Reseller payments are handled outside the system. Reseller gift cards are usually physical gift cards and the reseller sells them inside their establishment. Its up to the merchant to collect money form the reseller. Since these types of agreements are usually larger purchase amounts you probably don't want to pay credit card fees anyways when dealing with a reseller.
